I have a friend who showers twice a day and she seems to think that showering once every other day is disgusting. I think she's wrong.

I think every other day is better for you- especially if you wash your hair every other day, that way it can keep it's natural oils longer.

That said, I only feel comfortable showering every day. It's what I need to get ready for the day, to feel fresh.
